This is a wine of ruby color and bouguet dominated by aromas of spicy cherrywith a hint of vanilla.
The taste is strong and complex, with the dominant elements of berries and cherries, wellsubdued tannins and a touch of sweet cinnamon and nutmeg. Great for roast venison, duck and lamb cheeses.

Australian Shiraz is French Syrah. Due to different climate, Shiraz is more spicy and you can taste dark chocolate in it.
