This wine is made of 60% Shiraz grapes and 40% Cabernet Sauvignon from Angove's own, certified organic cultivation under the name Nanya, in South Australia
It is a wine with a medium structure, but a strong taste. It has a ruby color with a slight shade of purple and a rich bouquet of blackberries and cherries. The taste is slightly peppery, warm, with well-defined tannins and a long, soft finish. Excellent with a board of exquisite cheeses and beef dishes.

Australian Shiraz is French Syrah. Due to different climate, Shiraz is more spicy and you can taste dark chocolate in it.
A characteristic feature of the Australian Riesling is that the wine acquires smoky smell as it ages. Often there is a hint of gasoline, this is not a sign of wine spoilage, but an unique feature.
