The processing of your personal data will take place in order to perform the contract to which you are a party (Article 6 (1) (b) of the GDPR) and when it is necessary to fulfill the legal obligation incumbent on the Administrator (Article 6 (1) (c)) GDPR), as well as for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the Administrator (Article 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR), i.e. pursuing claims. In terms of special categories of personal data, the Administrator processes them for the purposes of preventive healthcare and occupational medicine, to assess the employee's ability to work, and to provide health care or social security (Article 9 (2) (h) of the GDPR).
Providing personal data is a statutory requirement to the extent indicated in art. 221 § 1 and 3 of the Labor Code and art. 229 § 4 of the Labor Code Providing other personal data is voluntary.
Your personal data will be processed throughout the entire period of the Administrator's performance of obligations under the contract, and after the expiry of the above period until the expiry of the limitation period for claims. Your personal data in the scope of fulfilling the legal obligations incumbent on the Administrator in connection with the employment of employees and the implementation of concluded contracts (including the provisions of labor law and social security) - for the periods specified in the provisions of law.
