Chateau Ministre

Domaine Tissot Vineyard - Chateau Ministre Montpelier - France, Languedoc

A three-generation family winery, Denis Tissot

Silver Medalist at the World Wine Competition in Paris in 1999 and 2000

Rated by the trade magazine Cuisine et Wins de France as a "Great, prestigious wine." The wine was made from varietals: Syrah, Grenache, Carignan, Cinsault. The cultivation area of these varieties covers 35 hectares, all classified as AOC. Harvesting is done exclusively by traditional methods.

A harmonized wine with a dark-red, glossy color and a very pleasant aroma. The taste is delicate and exquisite, the first impression is preceded by a pleasant fruity aftertaste. A slight peppery-spicy note contained in the tannin gives this wine a long, rounded and excellent aftertaste.

This very fine wine can be consumed young, but if aged for several years in the bottle, it will acquire even better quality characteristics.

It is an excellent complement to any meat (white and red), and can accompany dishes throughout the meal.
