The beautiful yellow color with green highlights and smoothness attest to the high extractivity of this wine. It has a perceptible aroma of tropical fruits, herbs and minerals. Interwoven refreshing acidity leads to a long-lasting, velvety finish. On the palate, it is fresh, well-balanced, persistent, with medium structure. A versatile and stand-alone wine. Ideal with appetizers or dishes based on fish, white meat, seafood, oysters, asparagus and other not too spicy dishes.
