This dry white wine was made from the Sauvignon Blanc grape

Half matured in classic wooden barrels and half in modern stainless steel tanks, then combined in a refreshingly fruity, elegantly aromatic collage. This wine has a noticeable aroma of gooseberry, grapefruit and passion fruit.

It goes perfectly with fish, seafood and white meat.

Serving temperature 6 degrees.
