The grapes come from a vineyard in the southern part of this province, and their quality is very high thanks to ideal growing conditions. The grapes are hand-harvested at the optimum stage of ripeness, the wine matures for 6 months in small American oak barrels, taking on a dark red color and aromas of forest fruits and spices. Well balanced, generous and round.
