vineyard and the smell of oak barrels filled with time. Barrique is a wine that combines the ancient wisdom of the modern gourmet in a majestic harmony of flavor.

It is a soul project, in which the word “Ambitious” has a strong personal philosophy.
A wine turned melody – a symphony of thoughts, feelings and tradition.
So, a style of Pinot Noir from Kazayak – the Holy Grail of the wine world.
Pinot Noir possesses a red color with crimson nuances, seduces with a complex bouquet with nuances of black cherry, blackberry, strawberry, underlined by brownish, earthy and spicy aromas. Elegant palate, lightly velvety, silky, lingering aftertaste with fine true nuances.
It is one of the most versatile wines bringing an added nobility and elegance to every
meal, but can also be served on its own.
As suggestions it goes excellently with a variety of cheeses, fish dishes with baked
legumes, mushroom rizzoto with asparagus, baked quail stued with dried fruit and
rosemary, as well as with fruit desserts.
We recommend consuming it at a temperature of +18°+20°C to enjoy maximum
aromatic intensity.
