Made from selected grapes of the Chardonnay varietal grown in the southern regions of Moldova
Kazayak-Vin is one of the oldest wineries in Moldova, founded on April 15, 1958. Today it is a modern Moldovan-French winery located in southern Moldova. Translated from Turkish, KAZAYAK means - "goose foot."
A classic in its category, the wine is light straw in color, with subtle and elegant aromas of honey, white flowers and fruit (pears, mirabelles, peaches, quince). The natural acidity of the grapes gives the wine a full and fresh, harmonious taste with hints of sweet exotic fruits and honeycomb. On the finish, it is a lively, crisp wine that reflects considerable acidity with citrus influences.
The wine goes well with almost any dish, and can complement white meat, fish and shellfish dishes, as well as salads, desserts and fruits.
