It was created by combining several strains during temperature-controlled fermentation, then matured in oak barrels for a minimum of 12 months. It has a deep ruby color, an intense fruit bouquet with a hint of spices. Compact, with refreshing tannins and a long and pleasant aftertaste. Perfect with grilled meat, pasta and cheese.
