This wine is made from 100% Chardonnay grapes sourced from Angove's own certified organic cultivation in McLaren Vale
The oceanic climate of this region is temperate, resulting in an even build-up of sugar and acidity in the grapes. It has a straw color with olive undertones, the bouquet has a strong aroma of peach and tropical fruits such as guava and lychee. Aged in French oak barrels, it is well-structured, long, with a well-balanced acidity. It is ready to eat, but will mature elegantly until 2028. Perfect with dishes with rich sauces and roast pork.
