This wine was made of 100% Chardonnay variety from the organic cultivation of the Churchview vineyard

It is a premium wine, aged in French oak barrels for 10 months, which gave it a slight hint of toasted vanilla and added longevity allowing it to mature further in the bottle. It has a slightly straw color and a bouquet with notes of white peach, nectarine and grapefruit. It is characterized by a complex structure, elegance of taste and intensity, remaining long on the palate. The mouth is dominated by peach and nectarine with the addition of citrus and honey. Excellent with white meat dishes, seafood in creamy sauces and exquisite meat salads.
