Churchview Ridge Riesling

The temperate climate of the Margaret River region is very conducive to the cultivation of the Riesling variety, resulting in a wine with exceptional taste and aroma properties

The whole process of creating this wine was carried out using only traditional winemaking techniques, with fermentation only using natural wine yeast (wild fermented). It has a distinctly straw color, a bouquet with a note of jasmine, rose petals with the addition of lime. It is characterized by a complex structure, intense aroma, and is strongly mineral. The mouth is dominated by citrus, roots and mineral accents, and as a secondary mouth - peach and nectarine. It seems to be slightly sweetish, but also has a well-balanced acidity. This wine is ready to drink, but it will be enriched by aging until 2040. Perfect for white meat dishes, seafood, oysters and all kinds of fish, as well as for exquisite salads such as
