Tishbi Estate Winery, Zichron Yaacov

The Tishbi Estate series of wines are premium wines derived from the finest grapes of Tishbi Vineyards and selected lots of "Reserve" wines giving exceptional texture and sophisticated style.

Tishbi Estate Cabernet Sauvignon shows elegant structure and a wide range of flavors and aromas, including strawberries, plums, blackberries, cloves and cedar.

This unfiltered wine with a long finish emits subtle earthy aromas and is excellent for further aging. This wine is composed of 95% Cabernet Sauvignon and 5% Merlot. It was aged for 12 months in French and American oak barrels.

Serve at 18 °C, especially with grilled meats.
