Sandalford Vineyard, Margaret River region, Australia
Distinguished not only by its deep dark cherry hue, but also by its strong bouquet of blackberry with light berry aromas
Its bouquet is typical of Western Australian Cabernet Sauvignon with aromas of forest fruits and a vanilla finish. This wine was aged in French oak barrels for 12 months. It can be served young, but its flavor deepens with time (up to 10 years). Excellent with veal giardia, game and duck.

Australian Shiraz is French Syrah. Due to different climate, Shiraz is more spicy and you can taste dark chocolate in it.
A characteristic feature of the Australian Riesling is that the wine acquires smoky smell as it ages. Often there is a hint of gasoline, this is not a sign of wine spoilage, but an unique feature.
