14.5% vol. A wine with a very intense bouquet of ripe berries and mulberries with a light aroma of coffee and anise. Shades of cherry with a bit of ink predominate in color. The taste has cherry, cinnamon and marzipan. This wine matured partly in new French oak barrels for 15 months and in annual barrels. It has a velvety finish, is "long" with well-balanced, delicate tannin. It will mature elegantly until 2030. Excellent with venison and roast duck. Product
A characteristic feature of the Australian Riesling is that the wine acquires smoky smell as it ages. Often there is a hint of gasoline, this is not a sign of wine spoilage, but an unique feature.
Australian Shiraz is French Syrah. Due to different climate, Shiraz is more spicy and you can taste dark chocolate in it.
