The wine is made from a select Syrah grape from the Bodegas y Vinedos De Aguirre winery, harvested early in the morning for a rich and distinct aroma. It has an intense red-purple color with blue hues. The aroma of cherries stands out, with notes of apricot jam and spices. Ripe and mild tannins perfectly balanced with acidity. Serve with red and grilled meats, pork, veal, ham, poultry and creamy sauces.
